FOCUS: Teams of Principals or Team of Deputies
SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
This service involves coaching leaders at the school level but also within the context of a collegial learning community. Each participant selects their own development goal and works with the coach. This service enables participants to learn from colleagues and to build long term professionally supportive relationships. The optimum size of Collegial Learning Groups is 6 to 8.
The service at a minimum will involve 6 coaching sessions at school level, 4 half day seminars with the collegial group, and phone and email support from the coach plus access to resources.
SERVICE STYLE: Blended coaching approaches and group facilitation.
SERVICE DURATION: Spread over four terms.
SERVICE FEE: $1,660 per year or $440 per term per participant.
