FOCUS: School Staff and Leaders
SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
This service aims at facilitating team work, empowerment and ownership by working with staffs, leaders and teams to develop skills, plans and practices that lead to enhanced staff engagement. It is school centered, goal orientated and based on shared praxis and reflection.
The service will involve some input, goal setting and coaching.
SERVICE DELIVERY: Facilitative and transformational coaching.
SERVICE DURATION: By negotiation.
