FOCUS: Individual Staff
SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
This service is a follow up to Reflecting on the Heart of the Educator. It provides an opportunity for individual staff to seek support in:
an improvement goal that is associated with their spirituality as an educator in a Catholic school.
It is anticipated that staff who participate would have 3 twenty minute sessions with the consultant in order to frame their goal, check on progress and evaluate.
The consultant would also provide three 1 1/2 work shops over the year as part of the support for participants.
SERVICE STYLE: Facilitative coaching.
SERVICE DURATION: Dependent on number of participants but notionally 3 days spread across three terms.
