FOCUS: School Leadership Team
SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
This service involves working with the school Leadership Team in order to enhance its performance. This will involve establishing the coaching partnership, action planning (focus for coaching) and coaching which involves reviewing, reassessing feedback and evaluation and follow up plans.
SERVICE STYLE: A blended coaching approach ranging from facilitative coaching, through collaborative coaching to transformational coaching.
SERVICE DURATION: Initially 6 sessions over 2 terms by negotiation.
