SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

This service involves:

  • Working closely with the client (Governor/Principal) and the appraisee to design a process that will produce rich information to drive further professional development and/or meet any accountability requirements.
  • Collection and analysis of data from a range of agreed on sources.
  • Preparation and presentation of a report to the client and the appraisee.


SERVICE STYLE:  Independent assessor.

SERVICE DURATION:  As per agreed timeline.
