FOCUS: Staff Groups
SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
This service involves working with staff in a reflective style. Participants will be encouraged to identify what took them into Catholic education - to identify and examine the deepest hopes and ideals they held then? To identify what gives them life as an educator now? What are the sources of hope and energy? What reduces hope and energy in the life of the educator? What difference do they make to their students and our world.
This service provides the opportunity and freedom for educators to reflect, to share and to renew their passion for education.
SERVICE STYLE: Reflective workshop.
SERVICE DURATION: Normally a full day or staff retreat.
