SERVICE DELIVERY:

Jim Delaney is an accredited Team Management System Facilitator.  He conducts workshops using T.M.S. profiles.  Profiles can provide feedback for individuals or intact teams.

TEAM MANAGEMENT PROFILE:

The Personal Team Management Profile provides constructive, work based information outlining an individual's work preference and the strengths an individual brings to a team.

The Personal Team Management Profile highlights an individual's major and related areas of work preferences, including information focussed on:

  • Individual and leadership strength
  • Decision making
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Team building


TEAM PERFORMANCE PROFILE QUESTIONNAIRE

  • Provides an ideal entry point to an assessment of team performance
  • Acts as a catalyst for team development and improved effectiveness
  • Provides a bench mark for measuring improvement


LINKING SKILLS PROFILE

Linking Skills are the activities and behaviours that leaders and others need to exhibit in order to successfully integrate and coordinate the work of a team.

People Linking Skills involve:

  • Participative Decision Making
  • Interface Management


Task Linking Skills involve:

  • Objective Setting
  • Quality Standards
  • Work Allocation

SERVICE STYLE:  Facilitative Coaching and interactive workshops

DURATION:  By negotiation, however, each profile would require a minimum of a one day workshop.
